Refund policy

Hey Y'all!! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is our top priority and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy! 

We are happy to issue a full refund if contacted within 7 days of receipt of item and the item has never been worn or washed. If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, we will issue the return at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. WE KNOW THAT WON'T HAPPEN THOUGH!! :)

To initiate a return, please email your order # and item(s) you wish to return to thesassybelleboutique@gmail.com.  We will reply to you within 3 business days. Please do not send back an item without first contacting our office.

Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records. Please note mystery items, items bought with a coupon code or with cash back, sale items and items ending in 95 are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.
